Our activities mainly cover the Iraqi markets and we have placed the utmost importance to understanding the specific customers’ technical needs within this market, hence supplying them accordingly. Operational Plan
Al-zahrawan Co. Development performance is achieved through three different departments induced to operate, almost exclusively, as independent entities yet they carry out their respective missions in full synergy.
These departments are:

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
Basing its activities on a long experience and solid international partnerships, this division has actively provided services throughout the entire chain of supply, starting from technical consultation, supplying, and installation.
SHIPPING DEPARTMENT
Al-zahrawan Co. had an extensive relationships and partnerships with shipping companies to global and local meet in which all cargo services to customers to bring their materials to Iraq from all over the world, and the company’s sincere in all outlets of the Iraqi border, without exception, and the aim is to reduce the value of the shipment of tenders and orders and all materials processed by the company to the Iraqi market and provide better services in terms of connect speed and security with the arrival of the goods in quantity and quality required.

Risk Management:
An assessment of the risk facing the company, initially in the Trading Services, has been prepared and is detailed in Appendix 4.
The company will generally adopt the Council’s financial, operational, management and audit policies and will therefore employ quality management procedures, these will ensure that risks are managed effectively and do not overexpose the company to external risks.

Al-zahrawan for general trading and Construction Company has changed significantly over the last 3 years and we have a list of impressive achievements. Our vision for the coming years has a clear aspiration to make Al-zahrawan Co. the best place to work with. Al-zahrawan Co.
